About The Paintings
The river of life flows from the new Jerusalem towards green hills and grass in the foreground. Blue sky with soft clouds form the shape of an angel looking down upon the scene.
Four images, in the four corners of the painting, depict events in the Apocalypse. A golden bowl pours plagues upon the earth, in the upper left corner. The angel of death rides a pale horse, in the upper right corner. A person, dressed in white, resurrects from the grave, in the lower left corner and an angel plays one of the seven trumpets, in the lower right corner.
And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
(Revelation 22:1-2)
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
(Revelation 21:1)
Traditional Paintings
Sometimes traditional media provides the look that captures attention more than any other. Traditional paintings created with oil paint, airbrush, gouache and watercolor uniquely express concepts. See a range of styles from nearly photorealistic art to soft airbrushed impressions and glossy technical illustration.
